NEW CITRUS EXECUTIVE APPOINTED

CLEWISTON, FLORIDA – June 2, 2003 – It is with pleasure we announce the appointment of Rodney T. Liddle as Executive Vice President – Citrus. Currently Rod is with ConAgra Refrigerated Prepared Foods, located in Downers Grove Illinois, which is a $3 billion dollar group within ConAgra. Rod has held substantial positions including general management responsibility for a $300 million business unit and is currently chief financial officer for the refrigerated prepared foods group. Prior affiliations include strategic planning responsibility for Dean Foods and significant experience with PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Rod will start with Southern Gardens on June 23rd. He and his wife will relocate to Florida this summer.
