THE SOUTH FLORIDA WATER MANAGEMENT DISTRICT GOVERNING BOARD

TALLAHASSEE, FL — March 1, 2005 — Governor Jeb Bush today announced the following appointments and reappointment: South Florida Water Management District Governing Board (Senate confirmation required)
· Lennart E. Lindahl, 61, of Palm City, engineer, LBFH, Inc., reappointed for a term beginning March 2, 2005 and ending March 1, 2009.
· Alice J. Carlson, 49, of Naples, president, AJC Associates, Incorporated, to succeed Beverly Grady, for a term beginning March 2, 2005 and ending March 1, 2007.
· Malcolm S. “Bubba” Wade, Jr., 51, of Clewiston, senior vice president, U.S. Sugar Corporation, to succeed Hugh English, for a term beginning March 2, 2005 and ending March 1, 2009.
