GERARD BERNARD Mr. Bernard joined the Company as CFO in May 2003. Mr. Bernard had been the Vice President of Finance and CFO of the Amylum Group in Aalst, Belgium, a subsidiary of Tate & Lyle, PLC. Prior to moving to Europe he was the Director of Finance for Tate & Lyle North America (TLNA). TLNA included A.E. Staley Manufacturing, Domino Sugar, Western Sugar, PM Ag Products and Redpath Sugar in Canada. In total, Mr. Bernard was with Tate & Lyle and A.E. Staley Manufacturing for over eighteen years. Mr. Bernard received a B.S. in Accounting from Millikin University in Decatur, Illinois and his MBA from the University of Illinois at Springfield. Mr. Bernard is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois Society of CPAs. |
